In light of this, we've created a policy that outlines the guidelines and standards for collecting, using, and disclosing employee personal information. Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Information Personal information will only be collected when necessary for legitimate business purposes, according to the policy. Employees will be informed of the reasons for collecting their personal information, and where required by law, their consent will be obtained. Furthermore, personal information will be accessible only to employees who require it to perform necessary tasks. Unless required by law or with explicit employee consent, personal information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties.
